Freight Details Once we receive your order, your item(s) will be dispatched the same or next day. Delivery to a daytime address, business address or PO Box is most secure. If using a business address please include the name of the business in the delivery address details on the order form. The following freight pricing is for single item orders and multiple item orders up to 10 garments. Should you wish to purchase more than 10 garments please email us at
customerservice@3under.co.nz to get a special price for delivery.

Deliveries within New Zealand are by ˜Track and Trace™ New Zealand Post or Fastway Couriers. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Deliveries to all other destinations by Airmail, please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery. 3Under Ltd is not liable for any import charges/taxes that may apply to your order.

Sizes
The sizing guide is located next to each product in the shop section and is easily downloadable. If you end up finding your garment either too tight or too loose then simply return it to us for a swap. Generally speaking our garments have a more look to them so select a larger size if you prefer a more generous fit.
Warranty
All of our Freedom Range has a 3 year unconditional waterproof guarantee and the SuperShells has a 2 year guarantee. Simply return to us for an exchange if somethings not right (excluding normal wear and tear). Please also pay attention to our washing instructions, particularly with any waterproof clothing to maintain a high level of waterproofing.

Returns Policy
Below is our returns procedure:
1. Send an email to customerservice@3under.co.nz indicating that you want to return a product or exchange a product.
2. We will respond acknowledging your email. Wait for this message before taking any action.
3. Post/courier the product to 3Under Ltd, PO Box 29448, Fendalton, Christchurch 8540, New Zealand. The cost of sending back the product is yours, however we will freight any exchanged product back to you at our cost. The product should be in its original condition. Make sure the product is carefully wrapped with the correct address!
4. Include the following information when you send the product:
- Your full name, contact phone number and address.
- Which exact garment you wish as a replacement if you are exchanging (i.e. size, style and colour). Product you are exchanging must be same or lesser value.
5. We will send you the replacement product.
Missing Parcels
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your product does not arrive. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry with the relevant postal services. The postal service will get in touch with you and then will require a response from you. The whole process can take up to four weeks.
Other terms and conditions
(1) By making an order with us you are certifying that you are over 18 years old.
(2) Our terms and conditions policy does not restrict your personal rights as per: the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
(3) 3Under Limited guarantees the quality of its products 100%. If you find any faults (that are not related to general wear and tear) we will exchange or refund your purchase.
4) All international deliveries should take less than 2 weeks (usually just a few days for New Zealand deliveries). However these are not guaranteed timeframes.
(5) By placing an order with us you are agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions and information on this page.
