Freedom II Jacket user reviews

I played a round recently at Wairakei and it was raining very hard throughout the round. Needless to say I was extremely impressed with the waterproof 3Under suit which kept me dry for the full round. Looking forward to seeing what else you guys come out with!!

I have found that nothing prepares you better for the local climate here in Wellington than the freedom 2 personal weather defence unit, cos' it's even harsher here than back in the glens!! And trying to play golf in it! Excellent wind and water protection especially considering the high flexibility and light weight qualities of the jacket, which make it comfortable to wear even when the elements are not conspiring against you.

As a keen weekend golfer I’ve used a variety of wet weather gear and the trade of to staying dry had always been a feeling of restriction during the golf swing, having had my 3 under Freedom Jacket and leggings for over a year now I’m happy to report this is a thing of the past there’s a perfect synergy with practicality and style, its fair to say I’ve lost one excuse for a bad round, many thanks to the team at 3 under for a great product

This jacket is awesome, I prefer to wear it rather than a jersey on those cold early mornings and also when its in-between cold and hot and you cant make up your mind if you want to play in just your shirt or leave your jacket on. This jacket is really comfortable to wear it doesn't stick to you like other wet weather gear I have worn in the past so this allows me to just have my playing shirt on underneath. It also dose not restrict me in anyway with my swing and that is one of the main things I look for in wet weather gear. when the weather takes a turn for the worst and its really raining this jacket is in its element, the water bounces off, so the jacket dose not absorb the water making it heavy and hard to swing..I give this jacket full marks in comfort playability and also style.

I have worn rainsuits since i started playing golf by footjoy, sunderland, cross, nike and calvin green. The 3 under suit is absolutely impressive!!. I rate the 3 under gear higher than all of the above mentioned rain gear
